Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (with 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

School Spirit Wear
If you are purchasing school spirit wear, I have made a lot of effort into reviewing any updated guidance posted by Bay District Schools. My tees currently meet their guidelines in approved school colors. However, I am not aware of all individual guidance school principals may enforce in the future. As a result, I will not be held liable for shirts that do not meet dress code policy as deemed by the principal. I recommend you reach out to your school directly, prior to purchase if you want to confirm the item is within their unique guidelines.
